I currently serve as coordinator of school health program activities and the Youth Risk Behavior Survey for the State of Alaska, Division of Public Health. I work with the Department of Education & Early Development and Alaska school districts. I have over twenty years of professional experience in public health, including statewide community-based health promotion and chronic disease prevention, health communication and public health data and surveillance. I am a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) and have a Graduate Certificate in Social Marketing and Public Health from the University of South Florida.
